What you will do

• Ensure the timely and correct processing of interest and dividend events.
• Supervise tax refund processes across various international markets.
• Reconcile and correct security and cash differences.
• Identify and process securities lending and borrowing positions and handle correspondence with counterparties.
• Execute internal and external payments.
• Manage the service mailbox and hotline to provide competent client support.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English (both written and verbal).
• Banking apprenticeship, basic commercial training, or high school diploma.
• Knowledge of securities, preferably with experience in administrative transactions.
• Must be based in or able to work from Zurich, Switzerland.
• Strong numeracy skills, accuracy, and a high sense of responsibility.
