What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a verification team of approximately 10–15 employees.
• Define and implement verification strategies, methods, and comprehensive plans at system and subsystem levels.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability between requirements, verification activities, and final results.
• Serve as the primary customer interface for all verification-related topics.
• Drive the continuous improvement of internal processes, tools, and operational workflows.
• Plan and allocate resources to align with business needs and ensure long-term competence growth.

Requirements

• Solid technical background in verification and validation (V&V) of complex systems.
• Proven leadership experience with a focus on trust, transparency, and clear communication.
• Deep understanding of systems engineering, requirements management, and product development processes.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English.
• Ability to pass security vetting (citizenship obligations may apply).

• Experience with test automation.
