Verification Manager (GBAD C2)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a verification section of approximately 10–15 employees.
• Own verification activities at system and subsystem levels for GBAD C2 products and solutions.
• Define and implement verification strategies, methods, plans, processes, and resources.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability between requirements, verification activities, and results.
• Serve as the main customer interface for verification-related topics.
• Drive continuous improvement and coordinate with integration, project management, quality, systems engineering, architects, and customers.

Requirements

• Solid technical background in verification and validation of complex systems.
• Leadership experience and a demonstrated ability to develop people and ways of working.
• Good understanding of systems engineering, requirements management, and product development processes.
• Fluent Swedish and English.
• Structured, communicative, transparent, and collaborative leadership style.
• Successful completion of security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply to positions requiring security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with verification at both system and subsystem levels.
• Experience in test automation.
• Experience in environments with high demands on safety, reliability, security, quality, or regulatory compliance.
