What you will do

• Perform quality control for diamonds and gemstones to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
• Manage the end-to-end shipment process, including receiving consolidated shipments, repacking, and dispatching orders.
• Coordinate with courier partners and local suppliers for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory and order records within the hirify.global platform.
• Handle hand-deliveries to local customers and process returns.
• Support general office operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with diamonds and gemstones or a GIA certification.
• Proven experience in stock control for high-value products.
• High level of attention to detail, honesty, and professionalism.
• Must be based in the USA (no sponsorship provided).
