Location: On-site in Toronto

Compensation: CA$264K – CA$311K OTE + Equity

What you will do

  • Manage hirify.global's most strategic, global, and complex North America-headquartered accounts.
  • Design value strategies across rollout, adoption, expansion, and renewal phases to define and architect success.
  • Cultivate C-suite relationships to drive sustained engagement and value-based success planning.
  • Negotiate and close commercial expansions and renewals as the lead negotiator.
  • Analyze data and early signals to mitigate adoption and retention risks in complex client organizations.
  • Automate internal workflows and build AI agents to increase leverage for the team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in the legal field, management consulting, or a comparable strategic client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of managing high-stakes logos and delivering measurable impact on retention and expansion.
  • Experience building trusted advisor relationships at the C-suite level with strong executive presence.
  • Expertise advising legal teams, regulated industries, or professional services clients.
  • Must be based in Toronto for on-site work.
  • Fluency with AI tools and the ability to design automated solutions and agents.
