What you will do

• Lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality AI-powered applications for KSA government clients.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for government stakeholders, translating complex engineering concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Design and optimize end-to-end fullstack AI applications, including data pipelines, ML model integration, APIs, and frontends.
• Deploy LLM-powered features, AI agents, and intelligent automation tailored to government use cases.
• Partner with product and go-to-market teams to define requirements and drive delivery from concept to production.
• Mentor and grow engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and customer focus.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in AI/ML and fullstack development.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering leadership managing high-performing technical teams.
• Hands-on experience building, training, and deploying ML models and LLM-based applications in production.
• Proficiency across the entire application stack, including backend services and data pipelines.
• Proven experience in customer-facing or client-embedded roles, particularly with government or enterprise clients.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt technical content for diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience working within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
• Proficiency in the Arabic language.
