TL;DR

Solution Engineer — Agentic Platform (AI): Guiding Saudi and GCC enterprise and government customers through agentic AI solution design, technical demos, proofs of concept, and deployment on Intel hardware with an accent on customer integration, troubleshooting, and Arabic-English technical communication. Focus on designing solution architectures, debugging cloud and Linux integrations, translating customer requirements for global engineering teams, and driving production adoption across banking, energy, telecom, and public-sector use cases.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; hybrid work model with time split between the assigned hirify.global site and off-site work. Requires travel within Saudi Arabia and occasionally across the GCC region.

hirify.global develops computing hardware and software platforms, including an Agentic Platform for enterprise and government customers.

What you will do

Partner with Saudi and GCC enterprise customers in banking, energy, telecom, and the public sector to understand agentic AI use cases and design solution architectures on hirify.global hardware.
Run technical demos, workshops, and proofs of concept at customer sites.
Support Agentic Platform deployment and integration from initial setup through production rollout, resolving technical issues with the engineering team.
Translate customer requirements, blockers, and feature requests between Arabic-speaking stakeholders and hirify.global’s globally distributed engineering teams.
Produce customer-facing technical content in Arabic and English, including solution briefs, deployment guides, demo scripts, and case studies.
Bring field feedback to the platform team about platform performance, gaps, and adoption opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
1–3 years of experience in a technical role, such as software engineering, solutions or pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or technical support with a strong engineering component.
Ability to write and read code in at least one of Python, TypeScript, Go, C++, Rust, React, or JavaScript, sufficient to build a demo, run a script, or read customer integration code.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, Linux, and APIs, including the ability to guide customers through integrations, debug deployments, and read logs.
Fluency in both Arabic and English, including leading customer meetings, delivering technical presentations, and writing documentation in either language.
Strong communication skills for presenting to technical engineers and senior business stakeholders.
Customer-first mindset with patience, curiosity, and persistence when resolving problems.
Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and occasionally across the GCC region.

Nice to have

Exposure to AI, machine learning, LLMs, or agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Anthropic SDKs, or Hugging Face.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, or Google Cloud regions in Saudi Arabia.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments.
Prior customer-facing experience at a technology company, system integrator, or consulting firm operating in the MENA region.
