Salary: $105,000 - $115,000

What you will do

• Plan, lead, and oversee all testing activities, including the development of Test Plans and Joint Test Strategies.
• Define and implement comprehensive strategies for both automated and manual testing.
• Analyze and monitor defect metrics to identify trends and recommend effectiveness measures for the product line.
• Plan and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Develop NFR automation tests targeting hirify.globaltions between different services and components.
• Constantly evaluate and refine QA processes and methodologies across all involved teams.

Requirements

• Computer Science Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of direct experience in software development with strong hands-on expertise in automation and performance testing.
• Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Strong technical knowledge of C#, JavaScript, and Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience working within a formal CI/CD pipeline using tools like Jenkins or Bamboo.
• Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kanban methodology.
• Knowledge of micro-services architecture regarding integration and functional automation tests.
• Experience with Git/Stash.
