QA Developer (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid, Toronto, Canada

Salary: CAD 70,000–100,000 per year

What you will do

• Own and evolve the test strategy and establish quality standards across teams.
• Partner with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to create and approve risk-based test plans.
• Embed testing into discovery, planning, refinement, and end-to-end delivery.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, bug triage, prioritization, and defect management.
• Build dashboards, metrics, and KPIs to measure quality and release health.
• Improve QA processes, tools, and frameworks while coaching teams on continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of unit, API, UI, integration, performance, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GoCD, or similar tools.
• Experience testing both web and mobile applications.
• Ability to convert business requirements into clear, testable scenarios.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, ownership, and accountability skills.
• Comfort working across teams in complex and fast-moving environments.
