Salary: $260,000 - $330,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Partner with the CEO and executive team on capital allocation, pricing strategy, and investor relations.
• Manage core B2B SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV) and collaborate with GTM leadership on commercial deal economics.
• Lead FP&A and annual planning cycles, creating models and dashboards to drive efficient growth.
• Oversee corporate development, including financial diligence, valuation work, and build-vs-buy modeling.
• Reshape finance operations by implementing AI-driven workflows and managing the finance tech stack (ERP, billing, etc.).
• Manage global financial operations, including treasury, FX exposure, and US/international tax compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a VP of Finance within a scaling high-tech or startup environment.
• CPA certification is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration.
• Must be based in the United States to align with benefits and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience leading and developing a finance team.
• Strong familiarity with US regulatory frameworks and international tax laws.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree (MBA) or advanced relevant degree.
• Experience with NetSuite or other AI-driven financial platforms.
• Prior experience in the Cybersecurity industry.
• Hands-on experience overseeing corporate legal operations.
