What you will do

• Design and implement motion control and estimation algorithms across multiple vehicle domains.
• Apply model-based design and simulation workflows to validate control strategies.
• Support integration and testing in simulation environments and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) setups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical documentation and reports.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to technical innovation and process improvements.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Controls, Robotics, Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Solid foundation in classical control methods (PID, state feedback, observers).
• Experience with state estimation, sensor fusion, and Kalman filter variations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required for test support.

Nice to have

• Experience with automotive requirements tools like DOORS, DNG, or JAMA.
• Knowledge of automotive systems such as powertrain, driveline, and CAN/LIN networks.
• Familiarity with advanced test setups like dSPACE HiL or in-vehicle track testing.
