What you will do

• Define the company-wide strategy for reporting, analytics, and AI-powered data products to maximize data value.
• Lead the development of new AI products from zero to one and manage flagship analytics tools.
• Oversee the creation of agent-driven reporting and data assets for machine learning.
• Improve UX for data products, balancing probabilistic AI outcomes with deterministic data rigor.
• Validate product concepts through direct and regular customer engagement.
• Prioritize the squad roadmap and align with stakeholders in a complex enterprise environment.

Requirements

• Track record of shipping impactful data, analytics, or AI/ML products.
• Proven experience in zero-to-one product development and scaling mature products.
• Deeply analytical skills with the ability to query and interpret data independently.
• Hands-on AI experience and understanding of the trade-offs between probabilistic and deterministic systems.
• Strong communication and influence skills for enterprise-level stakeholder management.
• At least 4+ years of product management experience.
