TL;DR

Lead Product Manager (Data Analytics): Defining and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for analytics and data products that power decision-making across Ad Sales with an accent on data engineering concepts, relational modeling, and AI/ML applications. Focus on translating complex business needs into scalable data products and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable, self-service insights.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid: 4 days per week in-office)

Salary: $150,000 - $190,000

What you will do

  • Define and socialize a long-term strategy and outcome-based roadmap for analytics and data products.
  • Translate business needs into clear, technically sound product requirements, user stories, and KPIs.
  • Work hands-on with data, including querying datasets, validating logic, and understanding entity relationships.
  • Partner with architecture and data engineering teams to deploy data pipelines, AI/ML models, and BI products.
  • Manage execution for complex cross-functional initiatives, identifying milestones, dependencies, and risks.
  • Coach and mentor product managers and analysts to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in Technical Product Management with experience delivering enterprise data or BI products.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with modern data stacks (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, dbt).
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling techniques (Star/Snowflake schema, dimensional modeling).
  • Experience in Ad Tech and Ad Sales ecosystems including audience data, measurement, and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and pragmatic application of AI in analytics products.
  • Must be able to work from the New York office at least 4 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, or Nielsen.
  • PMP, Scrum Master certification, or MBA.
  • Track record of leading global teams and shipping enterprise-scale data products.
