What you will do

• Define and manage the end-to-end testing strategy for application modernization initiatives.
• Coordinate test planning, case design, execution, and reporting for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Validate behavior between legacy and modernized applications, including business rules, data outputs, and batch processing.
• Lead UAT and data reconciliation activities to ensure system integrity.
• Manage defect triage, prioritization, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
• Support production cutover validation and post-deployment stabilization.

Requirements

• Experience leading testing workstreams in application modernization, migration, or complex transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in test strategy, planning, and defect management.
• Proven experience validating legacy-to-modernized application behavior and parallel testing.
• Location: Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Mainframe, COBOL, Java, batch processing, databases, and APIs.
• Experience with enterprise integrations.
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools.
