What you will do

• Monitor quality KPIs such as scrap, PPM, and rejects to drive immediate corrective actions.
• Oversee the execution of Quality Assurance controls and defined reaction plans on the shop floor.
• Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives using 8D, A3, and DMAIC methodologies.
• Manage containment activities for nonconforming products to prevent further impact.
• Coordinate process and product audits, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of findings.
• Lead and manage the shop floor quality team, setting priorities and distributing workloads.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Quality within the automotive industry.
• Minimum of 3 years in a Quality Coordinator or similar leadership role in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with 8D, SPC, GR&R, MSA, PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, and new product launches.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
• Availability and valid documentation to travel to the U.S.
• Knowledge of Poka-Yoke and internal audit procedures.
