What you will do

• Serve as the primary representative for managing and following up with external direct material suppliers.
• Manage the quarantine area and supervise receiving inspection auditors.
• Validate issues with purchased components using problem-solving methodologies and statistical analysis.
• Analyze and evaluate supplier corrective actions using the 8D methodology.
• Manage supplier escalation processes, including CSL1 and CSL2.
• Participate in new product launches through APQP and PPAP activities to ensure supplier readiness.

Requirements

• English: B2 proficiency required
• At least 1 year of experience in Supplier Quality or a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, and FMEA.
• Proven experience in root cause analysis using the 8D methodology.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
• Proficiency in SAP and Minitab for statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of automotive standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
