What you will do

• Identify and evaluate high-value AI opportunities across software development and enterprise workflows.
• Design scalable AI architectures using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks.
• Drive the adoption of AI capabilities throughout the SDLC to improve engineering productivity.
• Lead technical discussions with clients and mentor internal engineering teams.
• Define best practices for AI evaluation, observability, and operational governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to balance quality, latency, reliability, and cost in AI solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil or Colombia
• Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience in Python.
• Proven experience designing and deploying AI solutions in production environments.
• Practical expertise with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI agents.
• Strong architecture and system design skills.
• Advanced English proficiency required

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and AI deployment pipelines.
• Experience with vector databases and GraphRAG architectures.
• Background in pre-sales activities or client workshops.
