• Own outcomes end-to-end by architecting and shipping AI-powered solutions.
• Design autonomous agentic systems that reason, act, and iterate on complex workflows.
• Deploy end-to-end autonomous pipelines that handle reasoning and execution without human intervention.
• Operate with radical ownership as a one-person company, prioritizing and executing tasks independently.
• Cross-pollinate AI blueprints across different teams to scale impact throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping real-world solutions using LLMs.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, system prompts, chains, agents, and RAG architectures.
• Builder mindset with the ability to integrate AI models into automations and APIs.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is non-negotiable.
• Ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments.
