What you will do

• Serve as the primary Tier III escalation point for complex UC and network-related incidents.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Phone (Direct Routing, Operator Connect), Cisco Webex, and on-prem Cisco UC platforms (CUCM, CUC, UCCX).
• Manage and diagnose enterprise routing and switching issues involving OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP.
• Support multi-vendor firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA) and NAC solutions (Cisco ISE, FortiNAC, ClearPass).
• Provide critical technical analysis for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and mentor Tier II engineers.
• Manage technical vendor cases with Cisco, Microsoft, and telecommunications carriers.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Unified Communications and Network Engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Teams Phone System and Cisco Webex platforms.
• Deep knowledge of Cisco CUCM, CUC, UCCX, and advanced SIP troubleshooting.
• Strong experience with enterprise routing, switching, and multi-vendor firewall platforms.
• Experience with NAC solutions such as Cisco ISE, FortiNAC, or Aruba ClearPass.
• U.S. Citizenship is strictly required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Certifications: CCNP Collaboration, CCNP Enterprise, or CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure.
• Microsoft certifications: MS-700 or MS-721.
• Palo Alto or Fortinet firewall certifications.
