Location: San Francisco

Compensation: $284K–$315K + Offers Equity

What you will do

  • Lead pricing workstreams for hirify.global’s hardware products in partnership with Finance, Operations, and GTM teams.
  • Develop commercial models for launch strategy, revenue expectations, margin considerations, and lifecycle planning.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance on demand planning, supply constraints, inventory considerations, and launch readiness.
  • Define distribution strategy across direct, retail, enterprise, partner, and emerging channels.
  • Translate market, customer, competitive, and cost inputs into pricing and go-to-market recommendations.
  • Track launch and post-launch business performance and improve adoption, conversion, revenue, margin, and customer experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing finance, commercial strategy, business operations, pricing strategy, or related GTM roles.
  • Experience bringing consumer hardware, devices, subscriptions, platforms, or other complex products to market.
  • Strong analytical skills to build recommendations from imperfect data, financial models, customer insight, and business constraints.
  • Understanding of pricing, packaging, revenue modeling, margin dynamics, demand planning, and distribution tradeoffs.
  • Ability to operate across strategic and operational details, from executive recommendations to launch execution checklists.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, Sales, Support, and Marketing.
