What you will do

• Lead the identification and prioritization of AI use cases to improve efficiency and campaign performance across the organization.
• Build multi-step automated systems for campaign planning, CRM personalization, and intelligent briefing workflows.
• Design and deploy AI agents that transform inputs into comprehensive channel plans, budgets, and content briefs.
• Integrate AI systems with hirify.global's sources of truth, including brand guidelines, CRM (Salesforce), and marketing automation (Marketo).
• Own the martech stack strategy, managing the evaluation, onboarding, and optimization of tools.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Security teams to ensure AI systems meet enterprise standards for privacy and compliance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing operations or martech, with a focus on AI and automation in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade AI tools and workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript for building AI applications and integrations.
• Deep knowledge of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., pgvector, Pinecone) and designing knowledge retrieval systems.
• Must be based in or able to work from Oakville, Toronto, or Waterloo, Canada (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B data enrichment platforms such as Clay, ZoomInfo, or 6sense.
• Familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI search optimization.
• Basic front-end skills (HTML/CSS) for creating lightweight UI tooling.
