What you will do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across TV, OOH, Radio, Streaming, and YouTube.
  • Develop innovative measurement and attribution methods to maximize effectiveness of offline and online marketing.
  • Analyze campaign performance by connecting KPIs with core business data using advanced analytics tools.
  • Strategically manage and allocate budgets to ensure efficient customer acquisition and brand growth.
  • Negotiate TV pricing and manage relationships with media partners and agencies.
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams to inspire data-driven campaign concepts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing and scaling online and/or offline marketing campaigns.
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience in managing agency and media supplier relationships.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured mindset for multi-project management.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SQL or BigQuery.
  • Proficiency in programmatic media buying.
  • Experience in shaping creative strategy and direction.
  • Fluency in German, Spanish, Swedish, or Portuguese.
