What you will do

• Lead and grow a diverse portfolio of direct clients and advertising agencies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, strategic recommendations, and issue resolution.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.
• Build and nurture trust-based relationships through regular check-ins and performance reviews.
• Partner with Sales, Ad Operations, Supply, and Finance teams to align efforts.
• Manage billing processes and ensure accurate monthly invoicing.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Management or Client Success.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Solid foundation in programmatic advertising and ad tech concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with tools like Appsflyer and Adjust.
