Senior Associate, Retirement Plan Administration (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY, Austin, TX, King of Prussia, PA, or Scottsdale, AZ

Salary: $80K - $90K

What you will do

• Perform year-end testing for DC plans.
• Provide subject matter expertise on retirement plan subjects to the client service team.
• Manage plan terminations and EPCRS corrections.
• Deliver consulting services to sponsors and advisors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational and product workstreams.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of Retirement Plan Administration experience.
• Experience with Qualified Plans and IQPA audits.
• Deep understanding of plan administration, compliance testing, and IRS regulations.
• QKA certifications.
• Must be based in or able to work from New York, Austin, King of Prussia, or Scottsdale offices (hybrid model).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
