What you will do

• Engage existing model portfolio users through proactive phone and email outreach.
• Identify and pursue enterprise-level model portfolio opportunities.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations on model portfolios and practice management.
• Lead quarterly client review calls and respond to portfolio change requests.
• Create co-branded marketing materials and develop client proposals using tools like YCharts.
• Maintain pipeline data and coordinate cross-functionally with Distribution, Investments, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Atlanta office four days per week.
• Experience within the asset management or financial services industry.
• Proven ability to build and sustain trust-based client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for impactful presentations.
• Professional licenses (Series 7, 63) required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
