What you will do

• Deliver on-site and virtual educational seminars for plan sponsor participants regarding plan features and investments.
• Conduct one-on-one financial advisory and investment counseling sessions for employees and retirees.
• Interface with plan administration, legal counsel, and sponsors to resolve participant issues.
• Collaborate with plan sponsors to increase employee participation rates.
• Maintain strict compliance with firm and FINRA regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the development of presentation materials and assist in scheduling sessions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retirement or financial services.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63, and 65 licenses required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Must be able to work onsite in Fresno, CA 2-4 times per month.
