What you will do

  • Coordinate the end-to-end client onboarding process from initial engagement through to account funding.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships, resolving inbound enquiries and ensuring a professional client experience.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Monitor dormant accounts and engage with clients to identify opportunities for reactivation and growth.
  • Prepare monthly Management Information (MI) reports and provide data-driven insights to support business growth.
  • Create and refine client-facing presentations, pitch decks, and product literature using Microsoft PowerPoint.

Requirements

  • Experience in Client Relationship Management, Client Services, or Account Management within Financial Services.
  • Proven track record in supporting client onboarding and account opening processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data to support business decisions.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with compliance and regulatory onboarding requirements within Financial Services.
