What you will do

• Support user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and workshops, to identify customer needs.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and trend monitoring to identify innovation opportunities.
• Research AI-powered tools and methodologies to accelerate product management and design processes.
• Analyze customer feedback across various channels to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Assist in creating dashboards and reporting mechanisms to support product decision-making.
• Measure the impact of product initiatives on customer satisfaction, retention, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Management, Technology Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex information.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Curious mindset with a strong interest in customer behavior and product development.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a corporate environment.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Dutch.
