What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on the hirify.global Platform.
• Manage user training, support cases, and day-to-day platform operations.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis and QA to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with the Technology team to implement project developments based on client feedback.
• Cultivate value-based relationships with clients and stakeholders via email and conferencing.
• Maintain detailed documentation for reporting logic and user accounts.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a client-facing or analytical role.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills applied to business issues.
• Ability to learn complex software quickly and think from a user's perspective.
