What you will do

• Collaborate with project managers and sponsors to determine project scope, vision, and identify stakeholders.
• Conduct iterative requirements sessions, workshops, and use-case scenarios to define functional system requirements.
• Translate conceptual user requirements into functional specifications and develop interface prototypes.
• Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, and feasibility according to standards.
• Perform campaign analysis using SQL environments to analyze, develop, and reverse-engineer workflows.
• Create process models, specifications, and diagrams to provide direction to developers and the project team.

Requirements

• Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering (with 3+ years exp) or a Bachelor’s in the same fields (with 5+ years exp).
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for telecommuting.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Analyst, or Software Analyst.
• Advanced proficiency in writing complex SQL statements for data analysis and system reverse-engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Expertise in project management, including oversight across all phases of the project lifecycle.
