What you will do

• Lead the design and deployment of Microsoft Purview solutions, including Information Protection, DLP, Insider Risk, and eDiscovery.
• Drive practice development and sales activities, including opportunity origination and deal closure for services exceeding $3M/year.
• Advise senior stakeholders on enterprise data governance strategies and regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA).
• Oversee the integration of Microsoft Purview with Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party data sources.
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact client engagements on time and within budget.
• Conduct current-state assessments of data protection programs and develop future-state roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or compliance consulting.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 compliance solutions.
• Relevant certifications such as SC-400, CIPP, CIPM, CISSP, or CISM.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to travel as needed.
