What you will do

• Lead complex, transversal projects autonomously from ideation to completion.
• Define and communicate technical vision across multiple teams to ensure alignment.
• Act as a technical expert and mentor, driving adoption of best practices in architecture, security, and DevOps.
• Identify opportunities for new impactful initiatives and advocate for customer needs.
• Write production-ready code and participate in software design discussions for high-complexity challenges.
• Deeply understand multiple product domains to anticipate long-term technical needs.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in back-end development using TypeScript, NodeJS, or similar languages.
• Proven track record of leading technical strategies and solving complex problems affecting multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, availability, and performance.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across different profiles and domains.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and modern backend stacks.
