What you will do
- Organize crew work and be accountable for crew output, while contributing as an individual contributor (~40% IC).
- Build and optimize the high-traffic website that drives discovery and conversion into members across markets.
- Power acquisition channels at scale (paid, SEO, LLM) and scale campaigns across France, Spain, and Belgium (and Canada).
- Develop self-serve conversion flows from discovery and quote to final signup.
- Support business initiatives such as partnership integrations, accountant tools, referral systems, and brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Research, and Product to run continuous improvement using feedback loops and analytics.
Requirements
- Legal work eligibility in France, Belgium, or Spain
- 6+ years of engineering experience and experience leading a team
- Strong experience building and shipping web applications
- Genuine interest in the business side: conversion funnels, marketing metrics, and growth drivers
- English working proficiency
- Ability to turn growth challenges into simple, member-first experiences
