What you will do

• Architect, design, and deploy robust backend systems using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design scalable APIs and backend infrastructure.
• Lead features and initiatives from initial concept through to successful execution.
• Work closely with Product teams to define scope and deliver incremental improvements.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and promote engineering best practices through tech talks.

Requirements

• Expertise in microservice architecture, API design, and distributed high-volume systems.
• Strong proficiency in writing clean, secure, maintainable, and testable code.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and high-availability infrastructure.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Warsaw, Poland.
