TL;DR
Junior Software Engineer (TypeScript/AWS): Developing and extending backend services for the Intellifi® cloud-based SaaS platform with an accent on serverless architecture and IoT integration. Focus on implementing microservices using AWS Lambda and DynamoDB, ensuring software quality through automated testing and code reviews.
Location: Hybrid (Gdynia, Poland) - Presence in the office 3 days a week

What you will do
- Develop and enhance backend services for the Intellifi® SaaS platform.
- Implement new features and optimize existing software components.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders in a Scrum team.
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure system reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs across all testing phases.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high software quality and maintainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, S3).
- Familiarity with IaC (AWS CDK, CloudFormation) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Polish: C1 and English: B2 proficiency required.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Gdynia office (hybrid setup).
Nice to have
- Experience contributing to large-scale production software.
- Knowledge of observability tools like CloudWatch and XRay.
- Basic knowledge of Python or other programming languages.
- Interest in IoT and networking technologies.
