What you will do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair vacuum, photo, plate, and test equipment in a wafer fab cleanroom.
• Utilize knowledge of electronic circuits, PLCs, and robotics to resolve technical issues.
• Execute and improve preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Process, R&D, and Manufacturing departments.
• Administer training programs for proper equipment operation and repair procedures.
• Provide technical guidance to non-exempt personnel and recommend creative solutions for new assignments.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Bloomington/Edina, MN.
• Must be available for D shift (Friday-Sunday 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, plus alternating Thursdays).
• Proven experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Proficiency with electronic circuits, PLCs, and robotics.
• Ability to work safely with chemicals and gases using required PPE.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Post-secondary education or relevant military experience.
• Prior experience in wafer fabrication or similar high-tech manufacturing environments.
• Software and hardware integration experience.
