What you will do

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical discrepancies identified during assembly, integration, and advanced system testing.
• Collaborate with Engineering and R&D teams to diagnose and solve high-impact technical challenges affecting product performance.
• Own and manage manufacturing test data (ETL & ATL) and compile statistical performance reports to support data-driven decisions.
• Identify trends in system discrepancies and implement corrective actions to drive toward zero customer defects.
• Maintain 5S standards across the work area and test floor for operational efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at scalability and product innovation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in testing, troubleshooting, or maintaining complex systems in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Working knowledge of hardware, software, and control systems.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced production environment.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in a technical field or relevant field service experience.
• Experience in semiconductor, capital equipment, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to high-vacuum semiconductor equipment and high-voltage/high-power systems.
• Proficiency in SAP for transactional use and reporting.
