TL;DR

Client Success Manager (SaaS): Overseeing client communication, requirements gathering, and solution proposals for the hirify.global Horizon platform with an accent on bridging the gap between market needs and R&D. Focus on troubleshooting applications, providing system support, and conducting client training to ensure optimal platform usage.

Location: Must be based in Singapore (Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only). This role is 100% onsite with 25% travel to client locations.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary interface between clients and the internal Product Manager/R&D teams.
  • Test and troubleshoot applications, documenting bugs with clear replication steps.
  • Assist in writing technical documentation, manuals, release notes, and project proposals.
  • Provide system software support and configuration advice to both internal and external clients.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on platform applications.
  • Support the Sales team in demonstrations, RFP preparation, and understanding prospective client requirements.

Requirements

  • Must be a Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident of Singapore.
  • Previous account management experience in a highly transactional SaaS or custom software environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with web-based technology, database structures, and SQL.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work onsite in the Singapore office.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in eCommerce, ticketing, or the guest-facing service industry.
