TL;DR
Client Success Manager (SaaS): Overseeing client communication, requirements gathering, and solution proposals for the Horizon platform with an accent on bridging the gap between market needs and R&D. Focus on troubleshooting applications, providing system support, and conducting client training to ensure optimal platform usage.
Location: Must be based in Singapore (Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only). This role is 100% onsite with 25% travel to client locations.

What you will do
- Act as the primary interface between clients and the internal Product Manager/R&D teams.
- Test and troubleshoot applications, documenting bugs with clear replication steps.
- Assist in writing technical documentation, manuals, release notes, and project proposals.
- Provide system software support and configuration advice to both internal and external clients.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on platform applications.
- Support the Sales team in demonstrations, RFP preparation, and understanding prospective client requirements.
Requirements
- Must be a Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident of Singapore.
- Previous account management experience in a highly transactional SaaS or custom software environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with web-based technology, database structures, and SQL.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work onsite in the Singapore office.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in eCommerce, ticketing, or the guest-facing service industry.
