What you will do

• Partner with the VP Commercial to shape and execute commercial strategies using market research, competitive intelligence, and performance analysis.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases, and strategic briefings for senior leadership and board discussions.
• Track commercial KPIs (sales, market share, pricing, access) and build data-driven dashboards to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinate cross-functionally across commercial, medical, market access, finance, and operations to align on major initiatives.
• Drive high-priority projects end-to-end, including product launches, go-to-market strategies, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage delivery and risk by monitoring milestones, identifying risks early, and ensuring execution discipline in leadership meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MSc/PharmD preferred.
• Proven experience in consulting, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial dynamics (e.g., market access, regulatory environment, product lifecycle).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including experience preparing executive-level materials.
• Strong MS Excel skills; Power BI expertise is advantageous.
