Field Marketing & Events Manager (AI): Planning and executing high-end corporate events and executive dinners to drive business trust and pipeline with an accent on premium experience design and commercial GTM strategy. Focus on end-to-end event ownership, from conceptualization and attendee sourcing to hosting and post-event lead conversion.

Location: On-site in Warsaw, Poland

What you will do

  • Plan and design end-to-end premium events, including executive dinners, conferences, and the AI Agent Academy.
  • Identify and recruit relevant business leaders and high-value attendees to fill events.
  • Host events and represent the brand on stage to build trust with executive audiences.
  • Develop and execute follow-up plans to convert event conversations into business opportunities.
  • Utilize AI tools for drafting content, building decks, and conducting research.
  • Travel to trade shows and new markets to increase brand value.

Requirements

  • Ability to produce high-end, premium event experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts under pressure.
  • Confidence in public speaking and hosting senior-level guests.
  • Commercial mindset focusing on GTM channels and pipeline creation.
  • AI-native approach to work, including using AI for research and content creation.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and market expansion.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

  • B2B SaaS field marketing or community building experience in CX, Fintech, Insurance, Retail, or Logistics.
  • Experience creating repeatable event playbooks.
  • History of collaborating closely with SDRs and Sales teams.
