What you will do

• Resolve complex and technical issues related to invoice processing and matching, ensuring appropriate approval and coding.
• Manage open items, including credit note write-offs and the clearing process for assigned accounts.
• Monitor and review Accounts Payable compliance in accordance with company policies and internal controls.
• Perform monthly supplier reconciliations as part of month-end closing activities.
• Analyze and resolve unsuccessful payment executions to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable processes within a BPO or Shared Service environment.
• Detailed knowledge of AP workflows and strong problem-solving skills.
• Solid financial analysis skills, specifically regarding the reconciliation of AP-related accounts.
• Experience working with SAP and other ERP payables systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field.
