Customer Data and Analytics Coordinator (Water Utilities)

Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan; on-site at the employer's location

SUEZ provides environmental services across water services, recycling and recovery, and air quality. The Tashkent entity is implementing a seven-year water transformation project with the city municipality and the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services.

What you will do

• Analyze customer databases, identify anomalies, extract data, and advise on data-cleanup priorities.
• Coordinate with the GIS team on customer surveys covering water and wastewater connections.
• Update customer data using network, survey, smart-metering, and automated-reading information.
• Monitor client accounts, charges, payments, account status, billing data, and collection rates by customer segment and geography.
• Design and monitor action plans, prepare district updates, consumption reports, revenue information, and other operational reports.
• Propose improvements to customer information systems, develop database tools, document analysis methods, and mentor the database intern.

Requirements

• Associate or college degree.
• Prior experience in data entry and database administration.
• Proficiency in Uzbek and Russian.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills, with close attention to detail.
