What you will do

• Lead three engineering teams owning the internal developer platform, AI, and productivity systems.
• Set the technical direction, architecture, and operating model for delivery across these domains.
• Coach and develop Engineering Managers, driving accountability and leadership capability.
• Own the group's staffing strategy and long-term organizational health.
• Drive the integration of AI and agent-based technologies to optimize engineering workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to align goals and influence roadmap planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Engineering Managers within complex technology organizations.
• Experience owning a product group, platform, or domain, including roadmap and delivery health.
• Background in building and scaling developer platforms or tooling (e.g., CI/CD, observability, testing).
• Strong technical judgment in cloud infrastructure, microservices, and scalable systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
