Location: Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid work environment).

What you will do
- Lead and grow chapter leads and engineers, focusing on their professional development and technical capabilities.
- Facilitate predictable software delivery while maintaining high functional and non-functional standards.
- Implement and safeguard best practices for BI solution development, focusing on resilience and performance.
- Contribute to the IT strategy and landscape for the Data Management Tribe.
- Ensure IT security and compliance within the bank's risk framework.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to align BI solutions with business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Econometrics, or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing software projects and teams throughout the full lifecycle.
- Mandatory expertise in Microsoft BI technologies (SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI).
- Experience navigating cross-border environments and interfacing with international stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on people development and organizational sensitivity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Wholesale Banking business areas.
- Experience with Public Cloud (Azure).
