What you will do
- Lead complex, cross-functional technical projects and drive architectural design end-to-end.
- Establish technical approaches, define common patterns, and guide integrations across business units.
- Apply systems thinking to analyze issues holistically and recommend improvements to policies and processes.
- Facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders to develop effective technical and business solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to align technology stacks with business outcomes and the bottom line.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers while fostering a community of practice for knowledge exchange.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software architecture or related engineering discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical design end-to-end across multiple projects.
- Experience working in decentralized, cross-functional teams across multi-quarter projects.
- Formal experience mentoring at least three individuals.
- Strong understanding of complex system interactions, integration patterns, and architectural governance.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Active contributions to the engineering community (blogs, open-source, tech talks).
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and architectural governance frameworks.
