Requirements

• Software engineering experience across the whole stack.
• Experience mentoring and providing feedback to develop the Developer community.
• Experience collaborating with operations teams to shape recruitment and client projects.
• Comfortable shaping engagements and bringing the best technical thinking to clients.
• Experience as a senior team member in Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Ideally, experience from a consultancy or B2B background.
