What you will do

• Define and own the GEO/AEO strategy across major LLMs and generative search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
• Build and maintain an AI visibility measurement framework to track citation rates, share of voice, and sentiment.
• Audit and evolve content architecture for AI extractability, including answer-first formatting and schema markup.
• Partner with content teams to implement GEO-aligned briefs and ensure E-E-A-T signals are optimized.
• Collaborate with Web and Product teams to ensure technical foundations support machine discovery.
• Monitor agentic search trends and translate insights into a concrete roadmap for the website and content ecosystem.

Requirements

• 3+ years in SEO with a clear pivot into GEO/AI search in the last 6–18 months.
• Hands-on experience optimizing for LLM visibility, including structured data, entity authority, and schema.
• Solid understanding of how LLMs retrieve, summarize, and cite content.
• Experience building or contributing to GEO measurement frameworks and prompt testing.
• Strong content strategy instincts with the ability to quality-control content for AI discoverability.
• Must be based in Vilnius to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Background in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with prompt engineering or LLM evaluation.
• Familiarity with agentic AI workflows.
