What you will do

• Lead the development of Statements of Work (SOWs) aligned with client needs and business objectives.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and optimize professional services offerings to drive growth.
• Collaborate with sales teams and stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to service delivery and client engagement.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices, trends, and innovations in technology.
• Oversee the evaluation and selection of hardware and software product standards.
• Drive the retirement of legacy solutions and recommend the adoption of new partners or components.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture or software engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in managing large-scale IT projects from design through deployment and configuration.
• Ability to write, debug, and maintain code in various scripting languages to automate tasks.
