What you will do

• Lead the delivery of financial, headcount, and operational planning solutions using SAP BPC and SAC.
• Translate complex business processes into functional requirements for technical teams.
• Configure system processes, develop reports, and create templates for FP&A activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Troubleshoot production support issues and act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
• Participate in solution roadmap planning and project architecture activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with ERP FP&A systems (SAC, SAP BPC, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, etc.).
• Proven ability to develop templates, configure environments, and manage complex data logic.
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated reporting.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends to support global business operations.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into finance-speak.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP ERP (FICO, BW, S4/HANA) or SAP Datasphere.
• Project management experience using tools like MS Project.
• Background in Media & Entertainment accounting or GAAP/IFRS principles.
• Proficiency in BI reporting tools such as SAP BusinessObjects or Analysis for Office.
