What you will do
- Manage the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal for top-tier B2B accounts.
- Develop proactive success plans to help clients achieve their data and AI transformation goals.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to drive product adoption and identify growth opportunities.
- Launch and strategize learning initiatives such as competitions and custom tracks to increase learner engagement.
- Capture and promote business value stories to ensure renewal and expansion.
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence product and content roadmaps.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, customer success, or account management.
- Must be fluent in German (C1 level required).
- Proficiency in big data and advanced analytics technology trends and the vendor landscape.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention and expansion targets.
- Experience with Salesforce for tracking risks, opportunities, and managing renewals.
- Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
