• Lead and coordinate cash programming and emergency response projects.

• Build and maintain collaboration with local authorities and partners.
• Monitor project progress and support staff capacity development.

Требования

• Minimum three years of field experience in project management.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and/or Russian is required.
• Strong budget development and tracking experience.
• Legally eligible to work in Ukraine.
• Experience in humanitarian cash transfers and complex operational environments.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.
